Two inches of rain hit the course but the HC Crews hard work is definitely paying off. Last year at this time with that amount of rain, we would be sitting on an island, but now we just see standing puddles in stubborn areas, nothing worse then any other golf course in the area.. so WOO HOO!
Today we are starting the day out for walkers only and will evaluate throughout the day our comfort level in letting carts out, if any. The clubhouse will open around 11:30, so prior to that we ask that you use the honor system if you choose to walk it.
Couples “Sramble” – There are a few spots left on the Couples “Sramble” scheduled for Saturday afternoon at 4:00 so stop down this afternoon to sign up. The course will be closing at 2:00 on Saturday in preparation for the “Sramble”.
Pirate Night Happy Hour – Friday Night 5-7:00 is our Pirate Theme Happy Hour, so break out the eye patches and peg legs and join us for some great fun and music!
Calling all daughters, sons and husbands – Sunday is Mothers’ Day – bring mom in on Sun for a round of golf and her green fees are free. What a great way to treat mom on a very special day dedicated to all they do for us kids!!! Thanks MOMS!!!
